When to use:
- for math word problems or science
-to improve problem solving
How to use:
1. Do as a group or individually.
2. Create chart on own paper or use fillable.
3. First think, then list, what facts you know from the information in the problem--put in the K column.
4. Second, decide what information you do NOT need in the problem--put in the N column.
5. Next, decide what the problem is asking you to do or find--put in the W column.
6. Lastly, decide what strategy , operations. and/or tools you will use to solve the problem--list them in the S column.
